We will look after your personal data, which we promise to handle in a lawful, correct and transparent manner. It will not be shared with third parties and will be stored within the European Union for 12 (twelve) months, subject to any extension with your explicit consent or the establishment of a business relationship. The data will be handled by our staff and, if necessary, by selected consultants and service providers. Should your data being stored on external backup and disaster recovery systems, possibly on premises located in third party countries recognized by the European Union as being able to provide an adequate level of protection of personal data, it will be transferred encrypted at source using connections that are also encrypted.
As «data subject», you have the right to obtain confirmation whether any personal data processing, relevant to yourself, is in progress. If this is the case, you can obtain access to your personal data and the following information:
(a) the purposes of the processing;
(b) the categories of personal data concerned;
(c) the recipients or categories of recipient to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organisations;
(d) where possible, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored, or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period.
You have the right to withdraw your consent for processing your personal data at any time, for legitimate reasons, without prejudice to the lawful treatment prior to withdrawal. You have the right to request personal data to be corrected or deleted, and to limit or oppose the processing of personal data.
Any requests can be addressed to the «data controller», Italian Technology Lab S.r.l., Via Branze 45, 25123 Brescia, for the attention of the «data processor», or by e-mail to privacy@itl-srl.it. We will answer your request without delay and, in any case, within 30 days. If you believe that your rights have been violated, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection supervisor (GPDP).
